Job Description
Supervisor of Engineering is responsible for overseeing the Engineered product line's team's activities in GTEC Budapest, supporting the corresponding platform. The position will ensure that Order and Product Engineering teams are able to meet the forecasted demand from the sites for Pump platform with the required engineering skills and training and access to the appropriate engineering tools.
Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical degree
- Minimum 5 years of industrial experience within engineering (Oil & Gas industry, project engineering, 3D design, hydraulic engineering, pressure vessels, instrumentation and interpreting customer specifications.)
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to apply technology to creatively solve problems and meet business and stakeholder needs
- Solid understanding of engineering CAD, PLM and other tools that are integral to the execution of order engineering work
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Good interpersonal skills and emotional IQ with a demonstrated ability to develop collaborative relationships.
- Strong process orientation
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to compose reports and presentations
