Foundry Technician 1st shift

We are seeking a Foundry Technician for 1st Shift at our Pekin IL location. The selected candidate will assist in foundry processes, including melting metal, pouring metal into molds, and dressing castings. A good attitude and ability to work in hot conditions are top priorities.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Previous use of power tools and fork truck experience preferred
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
• Must wear respirator and be able to sustain periods of extreme heat
