Requirements
- Acts as the primary point of contact for customers
- Activates and coordinates Field Services Engineering (FSE), Professional Services, Sales, and Global Specialists
- Manages maintenance plans in relation to spare parts requirements for FLSmidth equipment
- Identifies opportunities within existing customer installations for equipment replacement
- Provides strategic input to support the development of customer retention and growth plans
- Works closely with Solution Specialists to drive on-site consumables offerings
- Develops, trains, and supports new Site Account Managers and Site Account Representatives
- Communicates with Global Service, Business Lines (BL), and Regional Sales & Lifecycle Management (RSLM) regarding market price competitiveness and supply localization/globalization strategies
