Join us on a transformation journey as our Manager, Standard proposals ASEA. As the Manager, Standard proposals ASEA you are responsible for managing standard proposal team.
Requirements
- Owning the end-to-end proposal process for standard spare parts from RFQ receipt to quotation submission
- Reviewing customer inquiries and select appropriate spare parts using internal systems and reference tools
- Collaborating with Sales, Customer Support, Engineering (where needed), and Supply Chain for quick input and validation
- Ensuring proposals are accurate, within target lead times, and aligned with pricing policies and discount structures
- Organizing work in the team to handle high volumes of proposals while maintaining quality, consistency, and response time expectations
- Tracking and improving proposal turnaround time (TAT), win ratio, and customer feedback
