Support the accounting team as a staff accountant, assisting with customer invoicing, preparing journal entries, and maintaining reconciliations. Develop customer relationships and prepare documentation for auditors.
Requirements
- Assist with customer invoicing process
- Prepare monthly general ledger & Intercompany journal entries
- Regularly maintain detailed and supported reconciliations of all assigned balance sheet accounts
- Assist with collection efforts
- Investigate & reconcile client accounts as needed
- Develops and maintains customer relationships as part of accounts receivable team
- Prepare documentation for internal and external auditors, as required
- Special projects as assigned
