Job Description
Fluidstack is building the infrastructure for abundant intelligence. We're seeking an Infrastructure Deployment Engineer to join our team, responsible for the full lifecycle of physical installation projects, including project oversight, contractor management, quality assurance, and quality control.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data center or mission-critical infrastructure deployment.
- Deep technical expertise (SME level) in fiber optic systems, including design standards, installation techniques, and advanced testing methodologies (OTDR, VFL, Power Meter).
- Proven experience in physical infrastructure installation, including the racking, stacking, and cabling of servers, network, and storage hardware.
- Ability to read, interpret, and translate technical drawings and schematics (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio).
- Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of driving projects to completion and dealing well with ambiguity.
