Job Description
Fluidstack is hiring a Principal Data Center Construction Manager to lead day-to-day site execution for green-field and brown-field GPU data-center builds worldwide. The role requires a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing hyperscale, semiconductor, or mission-critical construction projects.
Requirements
- B.S/B.E/B.A degree in engineering discipline with preferred construction management qualification
- 10+ years managing hyperscale, semiconductor or mission-critical construction projects ≥ 20 MW
- Deep knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical scopes
- Proven record of delivering fast-track projects in multiple geographies
- OSHA 30 (or equivalent) and strong familiarity with NFPA 70E, local codes, permit processes
- Exceptional field-leadership, subcontractor-management and communication skills
- Able to read BIM/Revit models and interpret IFC packages on the fly
