Technical Program Manager, Security

Fluidstack is building the infrastructure layer for frontier AI, and security isn't a function we bolt on; it's foundational to every customer relationship and every deployment we run. As a Technical Program Manager, Security, you'll own the delivery machinery for FluidStack's security program across four primary domains, focusing on Security Operations & Detection Engineering Delivery, Physical Security & Data Center Infrastructure Projects, Customer Security Commitments & Contractual SLAs, and Security Compliance Programs.

Requirements

• A track record coordinating cross-functional technical programs across engineering, legal, operations, and external vendors
• Support to security compliance programs in a hands-on delivery capacity, contributing to evidence collection, audit coordination, and control gap tracking
• Experience coordinating physical infrastructure or data center deployments and know how to manage vendor SOWs and timelines against hard site readiness dates
• You've worked alongside customer-facing security commitments in a B2B or enterprise infrastructure context
• Capable of producing crisp program documentation and are comfortable operating in tools like Jira and Confluence across a fast-moving, distributed team
