Utilities Lead

Fluidstack is building the infrastructure for abundant intelligence and is looking for a Utilities Lead to support its data center team in collaborating with local utilities and energy suppliers. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of Power Development projects, negotiating utility agreements, and managing relationships with local utility providers, energy suppliers, and consultants.

Requirements

• Experience building or scaling energy/utilities functions in high-growth or startup environments
• Regulatory and policy navigation experience
• Experience with negotiating on-site generation for behind the meter and with future interconnection deals
• Energy trading, hedging, or commodities experience
• Utility-side experience providing insider understanding of utility business models, constraints, and decision-making processes
