Senior Manager, Industrial Relations position at Fluor, responsible for managing Industrial Relations functions, labor contract negotiations, employee relations issues, and providing an environment for staff development and advancement.

Requirements

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study
• Ten (10) years of work-related experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
