Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Business Change Manager to play a critical role in our multi-year global finance transformation, enabled by Oracle Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the people-side of change, ensuring successful adoption of the new process and system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and managing large scale, change initiatives within complex, global organisations
- Solid understanding of one or more of the finance processes (Procure to Pay, Revenue to Cash, Record to Report)
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and their practical application
