Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands on experience in brand or visual design, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio
- Proven experience working on real world branding projects across multiple formats
- Strong foundations in graphic design, typography, layout, and visual composition
- Confidence using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to apply existing brand guidelines thoughtfully and consistently
- Comfortable owning design tasks from brief to delivery
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
- Motivation to continue growing as a brand designer and contribute to the evolution of Fluxon’s brand
