We are seeking a Head of Product Management to join our team at Flyability, a pioneer in the UAV indoor inspection industry. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shaping and managing disruptive deep-tech B2B products.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management
• 3+ years of direct people management experience
• Hands-on experience running customer interviews, defining products, and interfacing with development and commercial teams
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, nationally and internationally
