Job Description
Do you want to dive in the fast-growing industry of drones and get a rewarding experience in a dynamic scale-up environment? Flyability is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure that our components and products meet the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Requirements
- ES technician diploma in quality, electronics, or a related field (TQ1/TQ2 certification is a plus)
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Quality Technician in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge with electrical components (PCBA, sensors, etc.)
- Fluent in French, with good English communication skills
- Ability to work with digital tools (documents, plots, slides, spreadsheets, AI assistant, etc.)
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Responsible, precise, and rigorous, with a flexible and team-spirit working style
- Curious and eager to learn new concepts, skills, and tools to enhance performance and efficiency
