Job Description
Join Flyability, a young Swiss company, as a Repair Manager in Paudex, Switzerland. As a Repair Manager, you will lead the repair activity to sustain a growing market and develop repair activities in our reseller network.
Requirements
- Manage and structure repair activity to sustain a growing market
- Follow up and communicate on daily planning (new cases, progresses, roadblocks) with Customer Support or other internal customers
- Perform first inspection/debug/root cause analysis jobs with support from other departments (R&D, Quality,...)
- Perform maintenance and repair jobs on products (internal and external customers), respect expected lead times and quality standards
- Identify, select, develop stakeholders in order to deploy an efficient network all over the world
