Asset Supervisor

The Asset Supervisor oversees the creation and delivery of high-quality assets for the project, ensuring they meet artistic and technical standards. Working closely with department leads, they guide the asset team in delivering top-tier models, textures, and shading while maintaining consistency across all assets in the show.

Requirements

• Supervise and guide the modeling, texturing, and shading teams
• Provide feedback and mentorship to asset artists
• Collaborate with the Rigging Supervisor
• Support and maintain dialogue with other crew members
• Assist the Pipeline and Technical teams in developing asset workflows
• Identify and solve technical challenges related to asset creation
• Participate in review sessions with the Art Director and other department leads
• Coordinate with Production Coordinators and Producers
• Maintain documentation on workflows and best practices
