Job Description
Flynn is seeking a Corporate Law Clerk to join its team in Mississauga, supporting the Senior Vice President Legal and General Counsel. The individual will be responsible for preparing corporate filings, registrations, and other legal documents related to Flynn's businesses in Canada and the US.
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma in a Law Clerk Program or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a law firm or corporate environment.
- Experience with drafting corporate filings, registrations and other legal documents and supporting corporate and commercial transactions.
