Job Description
Payroll Technical Specialist (SAP) is a hands-on technical role responsible for the configuration, integration support, and stability of SAP payroll solutions. The position serves as the technical and configuration authority for SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), ensuring accurate, compliant, and reliable payroll processing.
Requirements
- 5+ yrs of hands-on experience configuring SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) schemas supporting Canadian and/or U.S. payroll
- Strong technical expertise in SAP payroll configuration, including schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll functions
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting SAP CPI integrations related to payroll and HR systems
- Experience working across multi-tenant SAP landscapes (Production and non-Production environments)
- SAP Payroll / ECP certification â required or strongly preferred
