Account Supervisor

The Account Supervisor serves as liaison between client and internal agency teams to ensure flawless execution of project work and delegated projects.

Requirements

• Develops, manages and executes client programs
• Initiates projects with clients and gathers appropriate information
• Provides accurate and complete direction to creative, production and planning
• Develops decks and client presentations
• Financial management (estimating time and costs, written estimates, cost-to-dates/tracking, invoices)
• Supervises & Mentors Senior AE/AE/AAE (where applicable)
• Builds internal/external relationships with clients and internal team
• Practices sound business and professional ethics
• Knowledge of technical aspects and techniques related to creative, digital and production
• Embodies the values and culture of the agency
