Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or account leadership, ideally with Amazon or major digital marketplace partners
- Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategy with measurable revenue and growth impact
- Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent executive presence and relationship-building skills with C-suite and senior stakeholder audiences
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with comfort owning KPIs, revenue targets, and partnership health metrics
- Strategic thinker with ability to balance long-term partnership vision with near-term execution and results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
