Job Description
Flywheel is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to serve as a strategic business partner for the Media leadership team. The successful candidate will deliver actionable P&L insights, manage revenue and headcount forecasting, and lead the annual budgeting process for the Media business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A or financial business partnering experience
- Strong command of P&L management, revenue forecasting, and headcount planning
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence senior leaders, and drive alignment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
