EMEA Payroll Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented payroll professional to support monthly payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries within a blended Local and Shared Service model.

What You Will Do

Manage and process monthly payroll for multiple EMEA countries using ADP Streamline, prepare and submit payroll data to external payroll providers, maintain payroll records, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Requirements

• Payroll, HR, or Accounting Technician qualification
• 2–3 years of multinational payroll experience
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, ADP payroll systems, and Time & Attendance (T&A) tools
• Fluent in English; additional language skills in French, German, or Italian are advantageous
