Job Description
Provides professional nursing care for clinic patients, assists physicians and staff in coordinating patient care, and functions as primary liaison between patients, staff and physicians.
Requirements
- State LVN license
- Knowledge of professional nursing theory, regulations and practices
- Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions
- Skill in applying and modifying the principles, methods and techniques of professional nursing
- Identifying problems and recommending solutions
- Preparing/maintaining records, writing reports and responding to calls/correspondence
- Maintain quality control standards
- React calmly and effectively in emergency situations
- Communicate clearly
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
