The Technical Officer is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, training team members, and ensuring the quality of work performed by their team. They must also follow company standards and HSEQ regulations, and report any defects or issues to the Fault Reporting Center or Engineer, STO.
Requirements
- Ensure team is performing assigned job well
- Train team on maintenance tasks
- Perform PPM assigned correctly and on time
- Assist subcontractors with work assignments
- Take care of quality of work performed by team and self
- Report defects, issues, breakdowns, damages, etc.
- Follow duty roster
- Report spare parts requirements and availability
- Follow instructions given by STOs, Engineers, Managers
- Perform other related duties as assigned
