Technical Officer (Electrical)

The Technical Officer (Electrical) is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, training and directing a team of technicians, and improving department performance. They must ensure proper handover of work, report faults, and follow instructions from senior team members.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a compatible facility
• Knowledge of regulations (e.g., OSHA, MSDS, NFPA, BS)
• Team building and Problem-solving skills
• Dispute resolution
• Training skills
• Ability to work with people at all levels
• Ability to establish work priorities
