Patient Accounts Representative 2 works with patients, co-workers, and external agencies to ensure prompt payment and/or reimbursement of hospital and/or professional charges.

Requirements

• Customer service skills
• Payer relations skills
• Ability to work with patient and family to explain hospital charges, services, and payment policies
• Ability to work with external agencies and companies to provide patients with prompt reimbursement
• High school degree
• 1-2 years of experience in patient accounts or a related field
