Job Description
The Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst drives initiatives and projects, consults on functional unit operations, and resolves gaps in actual results vs targets. Creates weekly dashboards and supports department objectives with analytical support.
Requirements
- Execute Revenue Cycle Business Office Operations and functions
- Generate, analyze, and present operational metrics
- Design, test, and implement new system edits or workflow or queue changes
- Design, test, and implement new processes to support regulatory or system changes
- Identify improvement opportunities to drive revenue and recovery
- Monitor productivity and identify process and system improvements
