Warehouse Operations Support Specialist

FNS is seeking a Warehouse Operations Support Specialist to establish standard operating procedures, define key performance indicators, and develop efficient operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in SCM, Business, Economics, or a related field, and 1-3+ years of warehousing and logistics experience.

Requirements

• Establishing standard operating procedures (SOP) for warehouse operations
• Defining key performance indicators (KPI) and establishing metrics to improve field operations
• Set-up and support for new open warehouse operations
• Developing and implementing efficient operational processes to enhance productivity
• Leading training programs to enhance the skills of the operations team
• Monitoring performance and implementing strategies for cost control and revenue growth
