Job Description
The Customer Care Specialist (CCS) will provide product or service information to customers, resolve customer complaints and concerns, and process orders. The role requires knowledge of the order to cash process, ability to work with ERP systems, and strong communication skills. The CCS will work with various departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer service; preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP Systems is desired
