The Sales Account Manager is responsible for all coordinated sales efforts within Altor Solutions' customer channels, including developing new accounts, growing and maintaining existing accounts, and meeting quarterly sales and profitability targets.
Requirements
- Drive sales to meet and exceed quarterly sales and profitability targets
- Prospect new accounts while maintaining and growing existing customer business
- Routinely visit customers within a defined sales plan
- Develop trusting customer relationships through consistent sales efforts
- Maintain profitability on existing accounts and improve margins where possible
- Provide weekly updates of new projects
- Participate in pipeline review meetings with sales team
- Secure business via long-term contracts or supply agreements
- Host calls/meetings across all internal functions on behalf of new/existing customers
- Complete RFQ form(s) as required to quote customers on new opportunities
- Complete and submit monthly sales and opportunity reports
- Complete and submit monthly expense reports in a timely fashion
