Focus on SAP - Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specializing in SAP recruitment. You will be responsible for building and developing positive relationships with clients, negotiating terms of business, and sourcing and selecting candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proven history of consistent billing.

Requirements

• Strong experience of a full 360 recruitment desk
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus
• Good knowledge of candidates' selection methods
• Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
• Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
