Job Description
Focus On Souvenirs is a wholesale business seeking an Accounting Office Assistant. This role assists with accounts payable, receivable, office administrative tasks, and maintains office efficiency. Requirements
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Account Receivable - data entry of sales receipts, invoice entry, weekly check runs and mailing
- Support Production and Sales Department - data entry of sales orders, reconciling orders against customer purchase orders
- Maintain office file systems - filing, making labels, year end archive management
- Manage office supply ordering and upkeep
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management
- Proficiency in accounting software (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
