Requirements
- Minimum of two years of full-time teaching experience (urban education preferred)
- Meets or can meet Massachusetts DESE certification requirements within one year of hire
- Demonstrated belief in student potential and commitment to continuous improvement
- Proven record of student success and ability to work collaboratively on a team
