Job Description
The Donor Services Associate supports the Folds of Honor by entering, processing, and recording donations, maintaining constituent information, and performing various duties associated with gift processing, data integrity, and event registration management.
Requirements
- High school diploma required and 2-3 years of work experience processing data
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite specifically Excel
- Knowledge working in various systems: Donor Management Software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM); Blackbaud is a plus
- Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, investigate issues, and recommend possible solutions
- Experienced in exercising discretion and working with confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills with the flexibility to work as part of a team or independently to meet goals in a fast-paces, deadline-drive environment
