Hybrid Litigation Attorney

Foley & Mansfield is seeking a Hybrid Litigation Attorney to join their California trial teams. The position requires 10+ years of defense litigation experience, with a focus on products liability, toxic tort, and general liability law. The attorney will work independently and collaborate with others, making frequent court appearances.

Requirements

• 10+ years defense litigation experience
• Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through resolution
• Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law
• Must be admitted to practice in CA (admission in other jurisdictions a plus)
