Part Time Security Officer

The Folger Shakespeare Library is seeking Part-Time Security Officers to join our dedicated Security staff. The position is responsible for enforcing security regulations, monitoring the building, and ensuring the safety and security of staff, contractors, and visitors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of verifiable employment in security or safety position, preferably in a library or museum environment
• Active and valid Security Officer License with the District of Columbia
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification
