Job Description
Follett Products, LLC is seeking an Industrial Engineer II to join their team at their Easton location. The Industrial Engineer II will be responsible for designing, establishing, improving manufacturing systems, and establishing and maintaining labor standards.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and kaizen experience
- Cross-functional product development team experience
- Team leadership experience
- Microsoft Office products proficiency
- Detailed ERP system knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
