Junior Recruiter - NYC (Contract)

Fonzi is a talent marketplace that connects top AI engineers with tech companies through Match Day. We're looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month contract to support candidate onboarding, coordination and recruiting operations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience (customer service, recruiting coordination, executive assistant, or other people-facing/organizational roles)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable speaking with candidates on the phone
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in AI, technology, and building a career in recruiting
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
