Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in account management, operations, or multi-location client support
- Proactive relationship builder
- Highly data-driven with experience pulling insights from usage reports, KPIs, and dashboards
- Organized and detail-oriented with experience managing multiple locations, priorities, and timelines
- Experience hiring, training, and managing staff
- Strong communicator and natural collaborator
