Fooda is seeking a Corporate Catering Operations Lead to serve as the onsite corporate catering lead and primary point of contact for a client and their employees in Midtown Manhattan. The role is responsible for delivering a consistent, hospitality-driven Fooda experience while overseeing the detailed administrative and operational execution of corporate catering programs.
Requirements
- Experience in corporate catering, event coordination, hospitality operations, administrative support, or restaurant management
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when managing POs, quotes, menus, and financial documentation
- Comfortable working in a professional corporate setting and interacting with stakeholders at all levels
- Confident working within multiple technology systems, including order platforms, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and email-based communication
- Hospitality-minded and take pride in delivering a smooth, polished experience
- Restaurant industry knowledge is a plus
- Operate independently, take ownership, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
