As a Client Success Associate, you will manage day-to-day operations for the Orange County market, delivering a consistently exceptional lunch experience for clients and their employees.
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience focused on client-success, account management, hospitality, and/or food service
- Love process, work fast, and care about the details
- Savvy with technology and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Optimistic in the face of problems and capable of finding solutions
- Hands-on and able to get into the weeds
- Strong communication skills and comfortable giving direction
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and stand for up to two hours
