Job Description
Fooda is recruiting for Event Coordinators to join their team in markets across the U.S. to support their growing client roster. Candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Support Fooda events in various capacities
- Gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations procedures
- Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
- Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
- Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues directly with the consumer
