Fooda is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers in the Northwest region. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coaching your team to exceed sales goals and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Requirements
- Recruit, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Managers
- Own team sales quotas and consistently deliver against revenue targets
- Coach direct reports on maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Participate in sales opportunities while ensuring BDMs take ownership and develop their skills
- Implement Fooda's sales strategy and messaging with the Regional Vice President
- Foster a high-performance sales culture
- Learn and understand the Fooda training program
- Collaborate with Market Operations teams to ensure launch processes and create exceptional programs for clients
- Travel regularly within the Bay Area and to Seattle to support your team
