Job Description
The Technical Certification Evaluator – Organic Livestock Production is responsible for the independent technical evaluation of certification files concerning livestock production, beekeeping, and mixed farming operations. The role ensures compliance with the applicable organic regulatory framework and the Certification Body’s Quality Management System.
Requirements
- University degree in Agronomy, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Excellent knowledge of organic livestock production systems and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in inspection, certification, technical evaluation, or quality assurance within the organic production sector.
- Good knowledge of ISO/IEC 17065 principles, particularly regarding impartiality and separation of roles.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to document findings and perform critical evaluations.
