We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Lead with strong leadership and team management skills to lead the HR team, ensure regulatory compliance, and align HR strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
- Lead, manage, and develop the HR team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, SAMA regulations, and internal policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with regulatory standards.
- Provide strategic HR support and advice to senior management.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, GOSI, and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
- Handle complex employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Lead HR planning, workforce strategy, and succession planning.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR and compliance.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data, systems, and reports.
