As a Merchant Success Team Lead, you'll focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by managing relationships, solving problems, and guiding your team to deliver an exceptional merchant experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or any relevant degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Operations Officer in the Fintech / POS industry.
- Knowledgeable on SAMA regulations and framework, SLA, and MADA branding rules related to POS business
- Strong knowledge of KSA regulatory compliance in financial and payment services
- Knowledgeable in TMS (Terminal Management System – SAMA)
- Develop a firm understanding of contracts and contractual responsibilities
- High agility and able to cope in a fast-paced work environment.
- Expert in Excel and other Microsoft tools
- Ownership, analytical mindset, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Team player and previously worked with cross-functional teams.
- Must have solid English & Arabic communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
