Job Description
Foodics is a leading restaurant management ecosystem and payment tech provider. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to respond to inquiries, make cold calls, and manage prospects to accelerate the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree holder in Communications, English or any business course
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident in handling calls and making cold calls
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment is a plus
- Experience using Salesforce or any CRM systems is an advantage
