Job Description
Foodics is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to architect and build robust data pipelines, data contracts, and processing frameworks that power analytics and ML features across their platform. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data engineering and a strong command of Python, SQL, and orchestration tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering
- Strong command of Python, SQL, and orchestration tools
- Experience with modern Lakehouse architecture and tools
- Deep understanding of data modeling, lineage, observability, and governance frameworks
- Familiarity with ACID-compliant data formats
- Experience building fault-tolerant, testable, and maintainable pipelines
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Familiar with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong communication skills
