We're looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical vision and architect platforms that scale elegantly, serving diverse customer needs without customization. The ideal candidate has scaled complex systems before, has a technical leadership background, and can bridge technical depth and business strategy.

Requirements

• scaled complex systems before
• taken embedded or edge systems from early deployments to production scale
• understand what breaks when you go from 10 to 100 deployments
• can dive deep into architecture decisions
• understand the latest AI advancements
• debug gnarly integration issues
• communicate complex technical architectures to engineers and business stakeholders
• experience in autonomy, robotics, automotive, industrial automation, or defense-adjacent fields is a strong plus
