We are an equal opportunity employer seeking a Clinical Program Manager to oversee the implementation of new client launches and ensure the ongoing success of existing clinical programs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of project management experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on leading through influence, navigating ambiguity, and making decisions with minimal direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of project management or operations experience in a healthcare setting
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data visualization) and experience with PM tools (Asana, ClickUp, Salesforce or similar preferred)
- Proven ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and make decisions with minimal direction
- Exceptional relationship-building skills; able to translate complex operational needs into clear action items for different stakeholders
